Henrico Sets Innsbrook Area Study Meeting
The Henrico County Planning Department will hold a community meeting on a proposed addition to the Innsbrook Area Study.
The meeting is set for Wednesday, July 11th at the Highwoods One Building on Nuckols Road from five to seven p.m.
Moore: We had our first community meeting on May 4th and because this would be 166 acres in addition to we thought, it was prudent to put it out there again for public comment.
Jean Moore is Henrico’s Assistant Director of Planning.
Moore: Now this area it’s important to note that even though it would be potentially part of the Innsbrook study area we are recommending a different land use, which is traditional neighborhood development, and we’re recommending this area to be for detached single family in a traditional neighborhood development style.
The 166 acres is bordered by Sadler Road, I-295, I-64, and Dublin Road. It’s land that has undergone several rezonings.
Moore: But certainly we could evaluate it as part of the larger Innsbrook study because it tap in on some good interconnectivity.
