The Federal Emergency Management Agency is going door to door in Louisa, Goochland, Culpeper, Fluvanna, Orange, Spotsylvania and the City of Fredericksburg urging registration for money to repair earthquake damage.

State Police say it was an apparent medical condition that caused a tractor-trailer driver to crash on I-95 yesterday, blocking all Northbound lanes for almost 90 minutes and causing a three-mile backup.
