Richmond Symphony Performs Schubert, Bruckner & Vaughan Williams This Weekend

The Richmond Symphony presents a program featuring the music of Franz Schubert, Anton Bruckner and Ralph Vaughan Williams this weekend at the Carpenter Theatre. The concerts will be led by Music Director Steven Smith and will highlight the Richmond Symphony Chorus (directed by Erin Freeman) and soloists Michelle Areyzaga (soprano) and Kevin Deas (bass-baritone).

Concerts will be held Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. Maestro Smith stopped by our studios to chat with me about the music and how he went about putting the program together.

Yours in good music,
