Meeting Venues

Sales professionals, clubs, for-profit and not-for- profit associations enjoy bringing their attendees into a state of the art teleconference room. This multi-purpose space has been used for seminars, training workshops, trade show exhibitions, press conferences, receptions, and luncheons just to name a few.

Easy access parking is available for guests, and by utilizing our main entrance, attendees can gather in the lobby area before entering through double doors into the conference room. The conference room can be pre-configured to suit your needs -- as a classroom style (with seating up to 50) or theatre style (with seating up to 100) configuration. Assorted tables and chairs are available at no charge.

Our on-site IT experts can assist with any technical set-up and preparation aspects of your presentation at no extra charge. We will ensure that everything is seamless for HD ANSI laptop presentations that utilize video, audio and graphics. We can also provide content playback on DVD or Blu-Ray. No matter what device you present from, you will enjoy the added bonus of theater-quality sound.

In an adjoining space, banquet tables can be arranged for mixing and mingling while taking breaks away from a presentation.

Event Hosting

As one of the best kept secrets in Richmond and surrounding areas, our Atrium lends to a festive - yet professional - space for a myriad of events. The Atrium is a perfect venue for an anniversary party, class reunion, birthday party, wedding reception, silent auction, vendor trade show, or an intimate gathering. Rental times can be reserved during normal business hours, evening, weekday or weekend.

The Atrium can be used in conjunction with our Teleconference Room and Studio spaces, allowing for a multiple-room event. If utilizing other facility spaces, the Atrium can be a staging and gathering area for food and refreshments. A three-quarter balcony area makes it convenient to drape festive lights or signage to enhance an event. Assorted tables and chairs are available at no charge and there is easy access parking available for guests.

A full-use kitchen houses an electric range/oven, a refrigerator, three professional sinks, two regular sinks and a small ice maker. It is a great prepping area for caterers. Near the kitchen area is an easy access rollup entry door, perfect for unloading and loading. Although we do not restrict clients in using their own caterer, just let us know if you would like for us to refer some great caterers to you.
