Out and About with Ready To Learn

Join our Ready To Learn team at the Main Branch of Richmond Public Library to celebrate Children’s Book Week (May 7-13, 2012) with a story-telling/paper-folding magic show, free at your neighborhood library! Storyteller Megan Hicks will be on hand along with crafts and lots of fun for the family. The celebration begins Saturday, May 12th at 10:30 a.m. and runs until 2:30 p.m. For more information, click here.

Ready To Learn will also be at the Virginia Discovery Museum in Charlottesville on Thursday, May 10th at 10:30 a.m. for story and activity time. This month we will be exploring insects and the museum’s bee exhibit. Each child will receive a free book and activity materials. Come join the fun!
