Live Broadcast featuring the Atlantic Chamber Ensemble

How do sound and music affect our daily lives? Is there a difference between hearing and listening? How can we become better listeners? Using live performance, stories collected from the community and conversations with experts in the field, the Atlantic Chamber Ensemble (ACE) will unlock the ability we all have to listen actively with our ears and our brains.
Join host Bobbie Barajas and ACE, WCVE Public Radio’s Ensemble in Residence, Monday, May 14th, 2:00 p.m. for a live unique interactive concert experience on WCVE Public Radio.
About ACE:
Launching its inaugural season in the fall of 2011, ACE is a dynamic group of young professional musicians based in Richmond, Virginia who are members of the Richmond Symphony and faculty members at institutions such as Virginia Commonwealth University, the College of William and Mary, and the University of Richmond.
Their mission is to build new connections and audiences with the people in the community via innovative programs and interaction, as well as through partnerships with local organizations such as WCVE Public Radio.
Thank you for your hospitality and the opportunity to sit with the audience during the Atlantic Chamber Ensemble's live performance and broadcast on May 14, 2012.
